- Information about your situation that you choose to share through our forms, guide downloads, calls, emails or messages.

We collect this directly from you and through advertising and analytics platforms when you engage with our ads or sites.
How we use it
To send you the resources you request; to contact you and arrange a confidential discussion; to coordinate and, where appropriate, match you with suitable insolvency practitioners or other professionals; to provide administrative support; and to improve our services and send you relevant information (you can opt out at any time).
Marketing
With your consent (including when you provide your details to download a resource), we may send you emails and SMS messages. You can opt out at any time — reply STOP to an SMS, use the unsubscribe link in emails, or contact us.
Overseas storage
Some of our service providers store or process data on servers that may be located outside Australia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with this policy and the APPs.
